Walk on the path to physical and mental fitness. Breathwalk is a combination of walking, body awareness, synchronized breath patterns, yoga and enhanced with a meditative focus.
Enjoy the fresh country air, while getting a great workout, and improved lung capacity to make you feel full of vitality, creativity and positivity.
The class is structured as follows:
- Intro & Warmups (yoga and breath exercises)
- Walk (30min) with breath and meditation techniques
Great for all ages and fitness levels. We walk...rain or shine!
